Import and Export Documentation

If you are importing or exporting the commodities/services in a big way, documentation requirements for payments of such transactions can be cumbersome. We provide services of data warehousing and act as an interface between your CHA and your banker.

We provide following specific services:

1. Receipt, Sorting and Storing of Import/Export Documents from CHA
2. Processing the documents for payment of the material/service imported or exported.
3. Obtaining the client approval for payment of material/service imported.
4. Following up with export customer for payment.
5. Acting as interface between client and bank for receipt/payment of funds.
6. Helping the client in meeting Withholding Tax Deduction obligations.
7. Storage of processed documents in hard and soft copies for future reference.
